We are looking for an English Speaking 9-12 Guide with a MACTA-recognised Montessori qualification to help us develop a new 9 to 12 classroom in September 2025.

You need to have a MACTE-recognised qualification and at least 2 years of experience working in primary. You should have an excellent command of English.

Disposició a adaptar-se i créixer amb un programa en desenvolupament

Experiència o interès profund en l’educació Montessori

Diploma o formació Montessori (valorada, però no imprescindible)

About the Role

As a Montessori Assistant in our 6–9 Primary classroom, you will support the Lead Guide in maintaining a calm, prepared environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What We’re Looking For

An excellent command of spoken and written English

AMI/AMS 6–12 Assistant training (or willingness to start one before September 2025)

A warm, calm, and respectful approach to working with children

At least 2 years of experience working with children in a primary setting (preferred)

A team player with strong communication skills and a genuine love for learning
