Cookie Policy
We only use the cookies this site needs to work. No advertising cookies and no tracking across websites.
The essentials
- Cookies we use
- Only the ones the site needs: security, language and remembering your cookie choice.
- Advertising
- None. There's no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no ad networks.
- Statistics
- Visits are counted anonymously, without cookies.
- Your choice
- You can review it at any time from Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page.
1What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages or visits, such as the language you chose. Some cookies are needed for a site to work. Others are used to measure visits or show advertising. Those optional cookies need your consent (art. 22.2 LSSI). This site doesn't use any.
2Cookies we use
| Name | What it does | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| session_id | Keeps your visit secure and lets forms work | Up to 7 days | Essential |
| frontend_lang | Remembers the language you chose | 1 year | Essential |
| website_cookies_bar | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again | 1 year | Essential |
| tz | Shows event dates and times in your time zone | Until you close the browser | Essential |
| cids, color_scheme | Settings for school staff when they sign in. Not set for other visitors. | 1 year | Essential |
All of these are set by our own website, which runs on Odoo. The site may also save a few display preferences in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
3Visitor statistics
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, provided through Odoo. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data and doesn't follow you to other websites. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page. The data stays in the EU.
4Other services on our pages
- Spam protection on forms. Cloudflare Turnstile briefly checks your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address, only for this check and doesn't use it for advertising.
- Links to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and Eventbrite. We don't embed their players or widgets. They can only set cookies if you click through to their sites, and then their own policies apply.
5Your choice
Use Cookie settings to see or change your choice. The link is also at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser's settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all have this under Privacy). If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as language choice and forms, may stop working.
6Changes
If we ever add statistics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
