This notice gives the information required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI).

2What the site is for

It's here to tell you about the school. Your enrolment documents always take precedence.

The site gives information about Barcelona Montessori School: our educational approach, programmes, campuses, admissions, events, training and job openings. It also has forms for requesting information, booking a visit or applying for a job.

The information is general. The school's enrolment contract, written policies and official communications always take precedence over anything published here.

3Using the site

Use it lawfully and respectfully, and leave our community's photos where they are.

By browsing this site you accept these terms. In particular, you agree not to:

• try to access restricted areas, test our security, overload the site or introduce malicious code;
• copy, scrape or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• send false, offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content through our forms, email or messaging channels;
• download, share or reuse photos or videos of students, families or staff.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

4Admissions, fees and school information

Details can change. What counts is what we confirm to you in writing.

We keep programme descriptions, timetables, calendars and fees as up to date as we can, but they can change. The binding details are the ones the school confirms in writing or in your enrolment documents.

Sending an enquiry or an application does not reserve a place, a visit date, a discount, or a service such as lunch, transport or an extracurricular activity.

5Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logo (including the owl), photographs, videos and code belong to OBJETIVO EXCELENCIA, S.L. or are used with the owner's permission. All rights reserved.

You are welcome to link to our pages and share them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or adaptation needs our written permission.

Photos and videos of our community are published with the consent of the families concerned. They may not be downloaded, copied or posted elsewhere.

6Links to other websites and services

The site links to services run by others, including Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Eventbrite, My Montessori Journal, shared Google Drive documents, the Barcelona Montessori Training Center and our partners' websites. Each is responsible for its own content, terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse that site.

7Forms and messages

When you write to us through a form, by email or on WhatsApp, please give accurate information. If you share details about your child or another person, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

Our forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We only send newsletters or admissions follow-up messages where the law allows, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

8Privacy and cookies

How we use personal data, including children's data, is explained in our Privacy Policy. The cookies this site uses are listed in our Cookie Policy.

9Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the site, technical failures outside our reasonable control, other websites we link to, or inaccurate information sent to us. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

10Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer law entitles you to go to the courts where you live.

11Changes

We update this notice when the website, the law or the school's services change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
