As you know, the end of the school year is coming very soon. Many children will be moving up to Primary, others will be changing schools, and many new children will be joining us. For this reason, this last activity is about friends.

In this activity we read a book and talked about who our friends are, what we do with them (activities at school and outside of school, playdates, sleepovers, etc.), and how we solve problems, and we shared ideas and tips on how to make new friends. The children were very focused and engaged while talking, and they helped each other a great deal. To finish, they drew a picture of their friends while chatting with one another.

With this, what I wanted to remind them is that even if friends don't see each other every day, they can still remain friends, and that if they change schools, they can make new friends too. It can sometimes be a little difficult, but they are very capable and have the skills they need. To finish, I would like to congratulate you all on this school year and wish you a very happy summer :)
